Our Scope of Work As part of the earthworks package, our team successfully executed critical utility and civil works, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency across the festival grounds. Our scope included: 

• Site Preparation & Clearing Removal of unsuitable materials, debris, and obstructions to establish a clean and stable working platform.
• Cut, Fill & Grading Operations Execution of large‑scale cut‑and‑fill activities to achieve the approved design levels, ensuring optimal ground conditions for structural and infrastructure works.
• Soil Improvement & Compaction Implementation of engineered soil stabilization, moisture conditioning, and compaction to meet geotechnical performance criteria and long‑term settlement requirements.
• Excavation for Utilities & Foundations Precise excavation for villa foundations, utility corridors, and service trenches in coordination with the master infrastructure plan.
• Backfilling & Leveling Layered backfilling with approved materials, compacted to specification, ensuring durability and compliance with ADM and consultant standards.
• Environmental & Safety Compliance Execution of all activities under strict environmental controls, dust mitigation measures, and HSE protocols aligned with Abu Dhabi’s sustainability objectives.
